Law restricts entry for people with criminal records
Brazil may refuse entry, after an individual interview and a reasoned decision, to someone convicted abroad (or facing charges) of an intentional crime that would be extraditable under Brazilian law. Most sex offences would meet that test. The law does not single out sex offences, and refusal is discretionary.
