HB 66 (signed July 11, 2024) added passport, professional license, temporary lodging (7+ days), and international travel reporting, and registration for persons required to register elsewhere; pre-2024 summaries showing a 14-day presence rule are out of date. Presence/residency restrictions could not be verified against official text; absence of statewide restrictions is an inference. Municipal ordinances and probation/parole conditions were not checked.
