Law bars people with sex-offense convictions
Argentina bars entry to foreigners with convictions or pending cases for offences carrying 3+ years under Argentine law, and to anyone with any conviction. It expressly says it can never admit someone convicted of an intentional offence against sexual integrity, and the usual humanitarian or family exception does not apply to them.
